WHEN HIRING YOU AGREE TO THE BELOW:
You agree and acknowledge that you are renting a Garment for a agreed time and that ownership of the Garment at all times remains with Dress Hire West
You agree to pay the Hire Price advertised in full to secure the Garment. All sales are final and Dress Hire West does not offer refunds. If you need to cancel the rental of the Garment you must provide a minimum of 7 days notice prior to the event date. Upon cancellation, you will be entitled to a credit note. If less notice is received it is at our discretion whether you will be entitled to a credit note.
You agree to take responsibility for any damage to the garment, including rips, stains, burns, or discoloration. If damaged, you may be charged for repairs or up to the full RRP.
You agree that, for insurance purposes, Dress Hire West will keep a copy of your Drivers Licence details on file for the duration of the Hire period. Dress Hire West reserves the right to take all steps necessary to collect amounts due from you, including but not limited to; legal action and/or using third party collection agencies.
PICK UP / POSTAGE HIRES:
Receiving Postage Hires - your garment will be posted to you express no later then 3pm Wednesday. You will be sent the tracking number. Express postage is $15 to you & then express must be paid upon return
Pick Up Local Hires - a time and date will be arranged at time of booking. The garment will be ready 1-3 days before your event
Return Postage Hires - you agree when returning your garment it will be lodged back by 3pm on the Monday after your hire (unless agreed otherwise). You agree to provide us with the tracking number. Failure to do this will result in a $15 per day late fee
Drop off Local Hires - you agree that the garment will be dropped back to the same pickup location by EOD the following Monday after your hire (unless agreed otherwise). Failure to do this will result in a $15 late fee
CONDITION OF GARMENTS:
You agree that you will not attempt to clean/fix the garment if something has happened. You must let us know straight away/upon return.
You agree that you are liable for any damages to the hired garment and you will be liable to pay the full retail price of the garment or the cost of repairs
You agree that you must be mindful when using fake tan, spraying perfume and applying makeup & that these are likely to leave stains to the garment
We will let you know if the garment has any minor marks, pulls or faults before you hire. Please remember these are hired regularly and will not be in brand new condition (although I try too keep it this way)
HOW TO TRY / TRY ONS:
Browse our Instagram or our website (linked in our Instagram bio) for our full range of garments. If it is not on there we unfortunately do not/no longer stock the garment
All bookings are made by direct message on Instagram @dresshirewest. Full payment is required for your garment to be locked in & booked.
All direct messages will be replied too within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), please expect longer delays on Weekends.

Unfortunately we cant hold the dress you have asked to try on if it has been booked in by someone else. We will keep you updated to avoid disappointment, but please keep this in mind.
FAQ’S
What happens if I damage the garment?
Please don’t be afraid to let us know. We are all human & sometimes this cant be avoided. All I ask is that you do not try and clean the garment yourself and leave it to us to fix. Each hire price includes dry cleaning, you will only be required to pay more $$ for cleaning if one dry clean can not fix the garment. If the garment requires alterations you will be liable. If the garment is unable to be hired out anymore you will be responsible to pay the full retail price. This has hardly happened as my cleaning & alterations people are amazing
Do you do last minute hires? (same day or day before)
We are so supportive of girls who need last minute hires. We are lucky to have so many dresses in our collection that there will always be something available. Please don't be afraid to message Pick ups can be up to the day of, Postage will be Wednesday EOD
How long is my hire period?
Hire periods are normally 4 days however this depends on when your item is shipped & when your event date is. We are happy to work with you to make sure you have enough time before & after
What is my garment does not fit?
If your outfit doesn’t fit and you’d like to exchange it for a different one, please contact us as soon as it arrives. Although we offer try on's before hire and are not obligated to provide swaps, we want you to feel amazing in your outfit. We'll do our best to assist with your request!
